Today, we employ over 300 workers. Our well-equipped factory is outfitted with a series of advanced manufacturing and processing machines to help produce quality cleanroom wipes with excellent consistency. Our Class100- and Class 1000-rated cleanrooms enable us to supply cleanroom wipes with high performance and good ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protective properties, which are ideal for the most critical manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Simple offers custom cleanroom wipes at competitive prices including microfiber cleanroom wipes, polyester cleanroom wipes, nonwoven cleanroom wipes and other composite cleanroom wipes.

The POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) materials, DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) materials and grey fabrics are all neatly stored in the clean raw material warehouse.

DTY machines simultaneously twist and draw POY materials, resulting in quality DTY materials.
DTY materials offer numerous advantages including high tensile strength, good elasticity, softness, and are easy to clean.

Utilizing circular knitting machines, DTY materials are weaved into grey fabrics.

A wide range of physical and chemical treatments offer additional durability and wearability, making cleanroom wipes look clean and perform well.

The in-house Class 100, Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 workshops create a clean, safe production environment where our team can cut cleanroom wipes to any size according to customer requirements.

• Laser cutting: laser sealed edge wipes clean any surface leaving it completely lint free. After cutting, cleanroom wipes can be processed or washed to meet higher cleanliness standards.
• Ultrasonic cutting: ultrasonic sealed edge wipes are exceptionally clean and feel soft.

Cleanroom wipes are laundered using 18MΩ ultrapure water in the EDI water system, then dried for total moisture removal.

Cleanroom wipes are sorted, folded, and finally vacuum packaged all in our dust-free packaging workshop.
